Grand Marshal

The Parade Grand Marshal is awarded annually to an individual or organization that has gone above and beyond to improve the quality of life for LGBT2Q+ people in London.

This year the Grand Marshal will lead our 29th Annual Pride Parade!

Pride Awards

Each year the Pride London Festival reaches out to the community to Nominate deserving individuals in the community to be recognized for several awards.

​

Awards are given out during a Community Awards and Members Reception Night.

  • Business/Organization Contribution Award

    The Business/Organization Contribution Award is given each year to recognize a group’s commitment to improving London’s LGBT2Q+ communities, through partnerships with Pride London Festival and/or other initiatives that promote inclusive, education & positive social change.
     

  • Ken Sadler Award

    The Ken Sadler Award Award is given each year to someone that demonstrates a passion for improving the lives of London’s LGBT2Q+ communities. Through work with Pride London Festival and/or other projects happening throughout the year, this individual should be someone that is actively working/volunteering in the community within the past year.
     

  • Best Drag Entertainer

    This award is given to a Drag Entertainer that  has lead by example, demonstrated charity, professionalism and education through the art form of Drag.
     

  • Best Promoter

    This award is given to a Promoter that has lead by example, demonstrated charity, professionalism and education through the promotion of events in London and surrounding region.
     

  • Best Overall Entertainer

    This award is given to a Band, DJ, Artist and or Entertainer of other form that  has lead by example, demonstrated charity, professionalism and education through the art of music, comedy , spoken word or dance
     

  • Trans Spirit Award

    This award is given to a Trans identified member of the community who has led by example, demonstrated professional and activism in the Trans Community in London and surrounding region.
